Report: Sustainable Resources 2003
856 people from or working in over 120 countries registered and well over
2000 people participated in various ways. 237 volunteers helped organize
165 presenters, public talks, pre-conference seminars and a 40,000 sq.
ft. exhibit hall filled with displays from both commercial and non-profit
groups. Mainly from registration funds, we gave 308 scholarships and over
$24,000 in travel expenses - and still came out several thousand dollars
ahead.
